Esophagus or lung: Pain when swallowing is usually caused by inflammation or obstruction in the esophgus but pain with yawning or breathing on one side  may be caused by spontaneous pneumothorax (bursting of a small air sac near the surface of the lung). A thorough history, physical, and imaging studies man be needed to find out.

Hard to say: Pain is a very subjective problem, as well as a common one. To give a good answer more information is needed:what does "darts" mean?How long does it last?Where does it go? How severe?What does it limit you doing?Any medical conditions or past surgeries?How old are you?What gender?And so on.A common problem causing pain in the left lower side is diverticulitis, but ovaries, and kidneys are there too.

Can be: Can be chronic appendicitis, can be hernia, have you had any abdominal surgeries? If yes, might be due to adhesions.  You probably need an abdominal ct scan and good physical exam to figure out what is wrong.

Go to the ER: Fever and chills along with pain that prevents you from turning over sounds like it could be serious. I suggest you go to the ER to have someone check you over.

Look to see how : Tight your hip and leg muscles are and try yoga to increase flexibility and try pelvic tilts with core strenghening  with more focus on your pelvis with this specific  exercise:  contract your buttocks together as if you were grabbing on to  and holding a $100 bill between them &  preventing someone from tugging it away from you.  Do this multiple times through the day and it will improve lordosis.

Sprain: It appears that you have sprained your rib cage from hanging on the bar. Apply cold pack for a couple of days (20 minutes at a time) +/-NSAID to see if this helps.  If problem persists &gt; 2 wks or worsens , see doctor.
