Hard to say: Pain is a very subjective problem, as well as a common one. To give a good answer more information is needed:what does "darts" mean?How long does it last?Where does it go? How severe?What does it limit you doing?Any medical conditions or past surgeries?How old are you?What gender?And so on.A common problem causing pain in the left lower side is diverticulitis, but ovaries, and kidneys are there too.
