Can be: Can be chronic appendicitis, can be hernia, have you had any abdominal surgeries? If yes, might be due to adhesions. You probably need an abdominal ct scan and good physical exam to figure out what is wrong.

RL quaderant: I just assume that you are a male, since your avatar is such. Then pain in right lower quadrant of abdomen, might be just abdominal wall (muscle) pain or related to internal organs such as colon or kidney. Please get evaluated.
