Claudication: Pain after walking may be hip related, but since it seems to be in both, more suggestive of claudication. The muscle and nerves are demanding more activity than the body can allow. Sacroiliac ligament: Sounds like you are having referred pain from sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction.  Would be good to be evaluated for this by your family doctor. Best treatment is a small injection of anesthesia and steroid into the specific area of the SI ligament. Depending on injury, could also be a hop labral tear that can give same symptoms. You need to be evaluated in person.

Weight gain with swelling could be a sign of heart failure but unlikely in your age range. The other possibility is to rule out hypothyroidism which can also be associated with weight gain, swelling, fatigue and throat fullness.

Not necessarily: It could be caused by lymphadenitis ( inflammed /swollen lymph glands) or could be musculoskeletal-muslce sprain etc. Infection, open wound, trauma, inflammation, tumor around the genital areas can cause swollen lymph gland on the inner thigh and swollen lymph gland can be painful. Not necessarily to be cancer. Infection would be the most common cause. Go to see your md to get checked.
