See a physician: Your description suggests that the cause is not heart-related. It may be musculoskeletal in origin and related to problems with the upper thoracic or cervical vertebra. There are a number of problems that can cause this. As it has persisted for two weeks, you should see your physician for an evaluation.

More work up: Persistent chest pain needs to be addressed immediately. If you haven't had one sometimes the doctors will order various tests to separate causes of chest pain. I would consider this if you are still having pain and go to the emergency room
