Waist pain: hmmm. hard to say. not sure what "wind" pain means. if it's over lower left abdomen, it could be diverticulitis. if it's front of hip it could be hip flexor tendonitis. if there is rash it could be shingles. these are but a few of hundreds of possibilities.

Get started: 24-27 pounds in 6 weeks. that is 4 pounds a week. and you want to do this safely. If you want to do it safely, I suggest reevaluating your goals. 2 pounds a week is more realistic. To lose inches off your waist, you would have to lose fat and build muscle- so strength training along with aerobic exercise and good eating habits are essential. Try eating less and moving more.

May need Medicalche: If you back pain is persisting and your legs are not able to move freely(you can not stand up or walk) then it is an emergency that requires an examination by a Physician. call your primary care doctor or go to an Emergency department of a nearby hospital. They can check your spine and give you pain relief.

: If the bumps are shrinking, not painful, not ulcerated, not bleeding, you may watch and wait. If the lumps get larger, ulcerate, bleed or new bumps appear,  you lose weight or get fever, please see a doctor.

Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.
