Waist pain: hmmm. hard to say. not sure what "wind" pain means. if it's over lower left abdomen, it could be diverticulitis. if it's front of hip it could be hip flexor tendonitis. if there is rash it could be shingles. these are but a few of hundreds of possibilities.
