See a doctor : If you are having pain that gets worse with exertion or breathing go to the ER. If not see your doctor in the next few days if it persists. Otherwise it is possible that it is a pulled chest wall muscle.

That could possibly: represent pleuritis which causes well localized pain with respiration.  Also, if there was any trauma, a rib fracture is possble and could be undetected on plain xray in that location.

Chest pain: Does it increase with taking a deep breath? Is it affecting your breathing? Asthmatics can have a spontaneous pneumothorax that can cause such symptoms. You may want to call your doctor and get checked.

Costochondritis: You probably have an inflammation in your rib called costochondritis. This will only occur on one side, is relieved by OTC  pain medications, &amp; usually goes away by itself. Did you have a recent viral infection,  fall, injury or strain? These things can cause this condition. Hope that helps.

Parsonage Turner: Syndrome. Check for any focal weakness or sensory loss. Sometimes this can be a late consequence of pleurisy or an isolated viral event. Degenerative conditions involving the shoulder and related structures would not present in a sub acute or paroxysmal fashion.

Probably will pass: I would guess that moving your right arm to brush is causing the sensation due to the injury from your fall.
Try brushing left handed and see if it still happens.

Many possibilities: Chest pain with deep breaths can be due to a number of causes, including costochondritis (a rib/cartilage pain, a rib fracture, muscular strain, a pneumothorax (partially collapsed lung), any number of lung diseases, and even heart disease. Although costochondritis is common, be sure to see your doctor to rule out other more serious causes, or the er if severe pain or short of breath.

Muscle Sprain: How long you have it? How did it start? If it did start after any strenuous activity or any sport? It can be Pectoralis Sprain or chest muscle sprain. Shoulder pain can be rotator cuff sprain or labrum tear. If it is cosntant and getting worse, needs to be evaluated.

Chest pain: Have you sustained an injury? Does it hurt if you move your chest or arms?  How long has this been occuring?  Are you have any trouble breathing?  Although your description makes this sound musculoskeletal - we don't have enough info to know. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
