i'm experiencing heel pain for a month now (the right hand side of the heel). i had a fracture in this foot 14 years ago. pain killers and anti-inflammatory pills does not help. i had a sonar done in may 2018 and it showed fluid. what do i do now?

Heel pain: An ultrasound , fluid months ago. Can this be a heel spur, stress fracture, arthritis, bone metabolism problem, or a back nerve problem? The possibilities of what this can goes on longer. Much more information is needed to understand your concerns.  It's a good idea to speak to your primary care doctor and discuss the possibilities. Often chronic unresolved pain is not just one thing.

Primogeniture papule: These bumps are called peiziogenic papules and are simply herniations of the calcaneal fat pad. Completely harmless.

Plantar Fascitis: An inflammation of the bottom of the foot where it  inserts into the heel, you are on motrin, so ice the foot and see your doctor. Also see if your shoes are worn as this can cause the problem, .

This is probably: a manifestation of athletes foot. A fungal infection of the feet. Buy and use some over the counter anti fungal athletes cream as directed on the tube.

Tarsal tunnel: Syndrome or entrapment of medial calcaneal nerve, posterior tibial tendonitits, plantar fascitis ?..It would depend on precisely where you are speaking of.
