Anxiety +neck pain: Anxiety can cause the muscles of your neck to tense up, which sometimes can be painful and even cause headaches and hurt to touch.  Try to pay attention to how much tension is in your neck and work on relaxing the muscles.  Try using ice compresses on the neck for the pain, and gentle stretches.

Possible: usually HBP is asymptomatic hence it is called silent killer. Sometimes if BP is very high it can cause all that.

i have been having off and on headaches for about a week now. pressure above right eyebrow and in nose, burning pain in the back of head on right side. ears clogged up and keep popping. otherwise healthy. sinus or something else?

Probably sinus : The most probable scenario is that you have a sinus infection, but to be sure you must have a physical examination. You can get started with nasal sea water sprays, but my suggestion is to go see a doctor!

ER visit: Changes in vision, new onset of new symptoms all suggest a need fora fast evaluation.  If these are more chronic, then see a neurologist.  Severe pain should not be ignored.

i had an occipital block done on 5-21-21, for head pain on top of my head.i never had pain in the back of my head but he said it wouldnt hurt anything to try and see if it reaches the pain area.it didnt work and my head hurts could there be damage?

: Occipital blocks are sometimes done in an attempt to control migraine headaches, but, in my experience, work only occasionally.  If you have developed more pain at site of injection, and if the site is hot and red, there could be a local infection.  Contact your doctor today and get this looked at.  Consider visiting a neurologist, if this has not yet been done.

Good question: The history is scant so anything may cause her headaches. Painkillers are not the answer for headaches. She needs to see a physician to determine the source of her pain. It could be a migraine, a muscle tension, a reaction to chronic use of painkillers, a food sensitivity or even a brain tumor, although that is rare.

There : There is such a thing as a "coital headache", that occurs during orgasm.  That said, the most reasonable thing, with any new headache or change in headache patterns, is to see your physician to rule out any serious cause of headaches.  Coital headache can be treated safely with medications.

Head ache: It all depends on your history preceeding the pain, the quality and characteristic of the pain and other comorbid symptoms. Generally, it is likely due to cervical (neck) muscle strain. You may benefit from motrin or other NSAIDs for a day may be 2, bot if it persists or worsens or other symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea, etc. develop you should see your doctor. Also, rule out pregnancy.
