Allergy: I have these same symptoms when i eat bananas or canteloupe because I have a slight allergy to them.  Sounds like your are having an allergic reaction to at least one of the fruits or veggies you are eating. It would be wise to see an allergy doctor to determine what you are allergic to.

Dry Mouth?: Is it possible that you mouth became dry during your workout? Dry oral tissues have a tendency to feel tender and are more easily irritated. If so, I like a mild over-the-counter rinse called Peroxyl by Colgate. It should help soothe the skin.

Sour patch: Doubtful that it is related to candy.  Please see your dentist about denuded sensitive areas.  Referral to Oral Surgeon or Periodontist may be in order.  Consultation with your OBGyn (congratulations, by the way) may be in order.

i was eating a frozen burrito i cooked in oven it burned my mouth so bad it blistered on roof of mouth and very close to gums now my tooth next to it is sore and feels loose but is grown tooth even if i chew on other side i feel it with every bite?

Darned: Darned if I know.  Not enough information.  Did you scratch or burn your palate?  Do you feel like your catching a cold?  Do you have gum disease?  Are you a mouth breather?  Has your diet changed recently?  What Meds do you take?  Please see BOTH your Dentist and your Physician for examinations.  Anything short of that would just be guesswork.

It sounds as if you are seeing an md related to your med history, but you may be having an adverse reaction to one of those or there may be a totally different explanation for the findings that you are describing. See a Dentist: There are many,  many things that can cause soreness in the roof of your mouth.   The most common I have observed is inflamation due to dryness.  The second most common thing ive seen is ulcers, burns or cuts on the palate from hot, spicy or sharp food.   Best to have it looked at to narrow down the specific cause.
