i have ibs. diarrhea finally let up after a month of having it more days than not. why do i feel even worse? my rlq is super tender and i've got pain and nausea all over. trouble even passing gas :-/.

Ibs: Suggest  a long acting opioid to control pain with diarrhoea. But may need to get off  Adderall and Prozac (fluoxetine) . . There isa  also a new drug approved for ibs . Ask your gastroenterologist.

sore genitals, tingling sensation in genitals and abdomen, gas, general unwell feeling but not too bad just kinda uncomfortable. any idea what it is?

Hard to diagnosis: The symptoms you are giving are rather vague but sound like there is a possibility of Herpes.  Typically presents with  generalized ill feeling the first time - often with fever.  Tingling sensation is replaced with vesicles and then ulcers over the course of less than a week.  You did not say how long you were having symptoms.  Hopefully this is not your diagnosis but worth considering.

been having abdominal bloating. not being able to pass gas or burp. feels like i have to throw up. plus have a sore throat . please help?

Gas: If you feel that gaseous buildup in your stomach or intestinal tract is a problem, drinking warm water and/or applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and moves it down for passing. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas build-up. The sore throat may well be part of a viral infection, but if it worsens have a throat culture to rule out strep.

i ate dinner fast and afterwards had an uncomfortable feeling of hunger? i have had a bad diet recently along with gas,rlq pain/tenderness for 5 days?

Get examined: RLQ pain and tenderness could indicate appendicitis and I recommend that you be examined in the emergency room where appropriate examination and testing will be carried out right away if the examining physician feels it's advisable. Right ovarian pathology is another possibility.

Unrelated: At 42 it's not unusual to ovulate lesswhile frequently. This may cause irregular cycles. Some of your other symptoms may be due to a relative estrogen access, again from not ovulating regularly.

This is : Normal abdominal function. The rumbling is the peristaltic function that causes things to move through  you could have eaten something that did not agree with you.

Digestion: You likely lack enzymes necessary to digest the food. I have no vested interest in this product but do recommend "digest extra" sold at the vitamin shoppe. It has all the enzymes your body needs for food breakdown and usually does the trick.

Any of the above : Depend what will make the pain better or worst. If the pain change with food think of digestive system like GB , Ulcer .if the pain get worst with deep breath think lungs or ribs.

Abdominal pain: Trapped gas can cause soreness and tenderness in the abdomen. However, if pain is constant, worsening, accompanied by fever, nausea, vomiting, or other concerning symptoms, it should be evaluated by a physician in person to make sure there is not something serious going on.
