sore/dull pain in right side of arm, wrist & hand (some in left side). have ganglion cyst on hand. this morning had very bad pain in hand & wrist. i play video games so the cyst is prob from gaming. went for a 4 hr long walk the day before. 20 y/o.

Need evaluation : You need to see your PCP ,looks like it can be carpal tunnel syndrome or can be some other disorder ,but you need further evaluation

Difficult to tell : From your description, but it could be carpal tunnel syndrome.  Show it to your doctor, he will figure it out for you.

for the past couple of days i've been having a sharp shooting pain the right side of my wrist i can't pick up stuff why? should i go hospital?

Wrist pain: The focal wrist pain, if worse with activity, or with pressure, sounds like an orthopedic issue, perhaps an inflammatory problem.   Could be something as simple as tendonitis if it is around the base of the thumb.   Check to be sure there is no rash in the area, and that the area does not feel warm to the touch, as these might represent a local infection.  Doctor office visit seems appropriate.

4 months ago dx with hiatal hernia, gastritis, gerd. i get heartburn occasionally, but for 6 months now i experience pain in right side of neck that can radiate to the right arm and wrist. my gastro md doubts gerd as cause. is this gastrointestinal?

: This sounds like cervical disc disease.  Would consider seeing a neurologist if it continues.

No: Whether cutting intentionally or accidentally, it is never a good idea to get or give a cut. Infection can result or serious injury.

See details: If the pain is on your thumb side, it is likely a dequervains tenosynovitis. See an orthopedist to be sure.

NSAID's: A common cause of wrist pain on that side (ulnar sided wrist pain) is a tear in a cartilage disc there called the tfcc.  I always start treatment with the easy stuff so get a comfortable wrist wrap or splint from cvs, walgreens, walmart and wear routinely for a month.  Also if no allergies or other problems take otc Motrin 400mg three times a day with food for a full month. If no help go to doc.

Wrist pain: So many things possible. The fact that is non trauma related makes you think of an inflammatory arthritis or crystal (gout) arthritis. Specific overuse problems such as dorsal compartment tenosynovitis. Hard to give specific answer without complete history and physical.

i have pain in the ulnar side of my wrist when rotating. can anyone tell me the problem? there also pain during ulnar probation rotation.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. The problem may be due to a bone spur, an incipient ganglion or nerve entrapment. It would be prudent to see your primary care provider for an initial evaluation and to determine if specialist consultation is warranted.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

the iv clamp near the wrist side got unclamped. no blood came up the line so i clamped it back when i noticed. is it normal for blood not to come out even when it unclamped? thank you?

: Yes, if the fluid pressure in the line is higher than the venous pressure at the catheter position, e.g. when you are in supine position with your arm on the bed.
