Very possible: It is possible to have soreness of the muscles in between the ribs.  If the pain persists, however, you should have it checked out.

Pediatrics: Any time you feel a 4 year old is getting worse the best course of action is to call the doctor, tell them what is going on and follow their directions. Hopefully she was seen by a pediatrician or an experienced family practitioner. If not, do that now.  Better safe than sorry. Hope she is better soon.

To answer that it should be understood that tests results are taken into account with the things the patients, says, the examination, lab tests, and all other diagnostic tests.  Ask your doctor who was able to examine you about your condition. These CT findings are not specific to a  particular condition but may be connected to your cough

Doubt chickenpox: CPx usually starts as small bumps that grow into blisters and drain over several hours.They usually begin around the neck, appearing on the trunk and limbs later. They come in waves of new spots for 5-6 days.  These red spots may be related to any medication baby is on or something else.

Vitamin supplements such as vitamin c and zinc have been shown to help boost the immune system.  Be sure to drink plenty of fluids!

If you are worse: If cough medicine was prescribed the doctor is telling you that antibiotics will not be helpful for the virus you may have. If worsening symptoms however  get rechecked.Good luck

URI: Depending upon the type of infection and the tissues involved it definitely has the potential to make asthmatics symptomatic or if symptomatic, worse. If your husband's wheezing increases, see a doctor asap. Treatment of the infection may or may not be appropriate depending upon the type of infection and its  cause. Sounds as if it may be viral, in which case antibiotics are worthless.
