Doubt chickenpox: CPx usually starts as small bumps that grow into blisters and drain over several hours.They usually begin around the neck, appearing on the trunk and limbs later. They come in waves of new spots for 5-6 days. These red spots may be related to any medication baby is on or something else.

Could be: High fever with rash could be chickenpox .fever starts before the red rash which may become fluid filled blisters later.
