Maybe: Though suspect post-op symptoms. That being said if pain worsens, continues or is associate with other worrisome signs then best to be evaluated. Only way to know for sure is an exam and possible ct.

Incisional hernia: Could be a small incisional hernia - would ask your OB to take a look and see if they feel it will just heal on its own - you are still only a couple of months out from surgery.

ever since i had my baby (c-section), i occasionally have cramping in lower right abdomen during bowel movement.  feels like muscle cramp in your calf?

Possibility: If the symptoms are temporally related it is possible that your symptoms are related to scar tissue caused by your surgery but this is only one possibility.  It would be uncommon for you to have scarring on bowels after a routine c-section.

i seem to have compressed nerve in lower abdomen after c-section by scar tissue.  feel pulling senation. will it be ok with time?  treatment?

Nerve pain: You can get nerve irritation near the edges of a horizontal c/s scar. These usually resolve by 3-6 months, but not always. Sometimes the nerve gets "trapped" and compressed by the scar tissue. This usually requires a surgical correction of the problem.

C-section: It can be part of the healing process, however, if you feel like the intensity of the pain is not normal, you can visit the ER or your OBGYN  and get a physical examination. This way you can make sure everything is fine, or find out what the problem is.

Depends: If you resume intercourse not long after your c section then it could be another pregnancy.  However, it might also be gas.  In addition many patient get shock like sensations from the nerves cut during the c section being irritated by the new scar tissue.

my pelvis/lower abdomen pain 2 months after a c-section. feels like cramps?

Pain post c/s: Would follow up with your Ob. Are you having fever? discharge?Burning with urination? difficulty with bowel movements? difficulty with sex? Could be a number of causes like post -op infection(uterus/vaginal), urinary tract infection, constipation or what is known as adhesions - after surgery there is scarring and it can cause pain sometimes.

Nerve Damage: When surgery is performed (like a C-section), nerves supplying the skin and muscle in the area a cut.  These nerves grow back over a period of months.  Until the nerve is fully functional, you will continue to have numbness.  This is not dangerous but it can be annoying.
