Get it evaluated: You may be describing a case of sciatica or otherwise known as pinched nerve. See your doctor. I would suggest antiinflammatory meds and physical therapy as a first step. If the problem persists, you will likely need an MRI and more specific therapy.

Sciatica: Leg pain radiating to buttocks/leg may be coming from a 'pinched nerve' in the lumbar (lower) spine. Pain can come/go depending upon the degree of nerve compression. An MRI scan will be able to show exactly which nerve is affected. The most important warning signs are leg weakness and change in bladder/bowel function. Development of these signs warrants an immediate visit to a physician.

Unrelated: I know of NO STD that has any crossover symptoms related to back pain, buttock or leg pain. You can have both at the same time but they would not be related.

It may improve...: Most cases of back pain will improve, especially with conservative therapies. However, the tingling down the leg indicates a nerve issue, the severity of which can only be determined with diagnostic testing such as MRI and/or EMG (best done 8 wks after symptom onset). It is possible to have isolated numbness/tingling of the leg without accompanied back pain.

i have 3 lumps in my back don't know if this is connected but for weeks i've severe pain my lower back,legs and buttocks i could barely walk and stuff?

Probable spasm: I suspect muscle spasm in light of your young age. I would try ice packs followed by stretching (touching your toes) and OTC  magnesium oxide if you don't have kidney disease. If this goes on for&gt;6wks. or if it worsens, you need to see your doctor.

Unfit maybe: Walking 10 km is quite a feat. Keep it up. If you have not been exercising for some time you can expect to have these aches and pains until your body has grown used to your routine. Simple anti inflammatory analgesics may be useful if the pain is intense but you should be okay in no time
