Muscle pain: You may have an issue with your tmj, back of the neck or bite.   Often issues in these areas can present as pain in the temporal area.   See a doctor that knows about head and neck pain.  Message therapy will also be beneficial.

Possibly: These symptoms are common when you're stressed.  Less commonly the temporal artery might be inflamed.  If the tederness persists beyond a day or two, see your family doctor.

Tension Headache: The symptoms that you are describing is consistent with a muscle spasm or tension type of pain.  Rubbing the temple or perhaps taking a muscle relaxant is all you need.  Need to discuss this with your primary physician.

: No, stroke does not manifest with just a temporal headache. A headache with that character can happen to anybody so you only worry if you have other associated symptoms or if the same headache recurs often then you should see your doctor.

ive been dealing with both horrible temple pressure and left side temple pain and sharp pains coming off and on, on the left side as well. my left temple keeps having spasms/twitching as well with the pressure. what could this be?

: A serious cause of temple pain and tenderness is inflammation of the temporal artery which supplies blood to the head &amp;brain. Urgent care is needed for this disorder. Since you're a little young for this problem,  you may be dealing with a type of neuralgia, which is less serious, I recommend consulting a physician or neurologist for prompt evaluation

i been having temple pain for a few weeks around 6 days ago my left temple starting makeing a clicking/popping sound when i turn my head .feels like a bubble popping its painful and its so loud other around me can hear it what is this ?

: You need to see a doctor so that this can be examined to find out what is causing the popping noise. You should see your doctor for evaluation. Depending on what the doctor thinks it could be, you may need a CT scan to visualize anything that appears abnormal. Good luck to you!

Headache; sinusitis: Head pain with pain behind the eye can be due to a few things. By far the most common is a change in the blood flow to that area in the form of a migraine or headache. Since sinuses surround the eye, it could also be sinusitis. Rarely a mass (benign/not cancer; malignant/cancer) can cause such symptoms. Your md will be able to examine for other signs and may suggest a scan if needed.

Mild headache: I don't know what "eid" is? Acetaminophen can be very helpful for mild to moderate headaches. Because of musculoskeletal pain consider warm shower with flow of water towards neck and shoulders.

i have had severe head pain, 2 past strokes right side. today severe left temple pain then sharp severe right eye pain.  concerns

Stroke: in a relatively young person associated with eye pain obviates a work up for arteritis / vasculitis if not already done. Disease activity can be checked with a simple test like a C Reactive Protein or Erythrocyte sedimentation rate.  Treatment might require steroids. CT angiography or MR angiography is often part of the work up. Use of hydrazine for BP control requires absolute compliance.
