Ive been dealing with both horrible temple pressure and left side temple pain and sharp pains coming off and on, on the left side as well. my left temple keeps having spasms/twitching as well with the pressure. what could this be?

A serious cause of temple pain and tenderness is inflammation of the temporal artery which supplies blood to the head &brain. Urgent care is needed for this disorder. Since you're a little young for this problem, you may be dealing with a type of neuralgia, which is less serious, I recommend consulting a physician or neurologist for prompt evaluation
