These are usually mobile (not fixed to the adjacent tissues) and can be present for many years. Lump on elbow: Could be an abscess, a bursitis ( that grows suddenly and an abscess keeps growing ) that is infected or is not infected or gout.  if bursitis sometimes comes on suddenly from repetitive work , need to  rest,ice ,NSAIDS and  may get it drained and fluid checked . Also lyme can present this way and needs treatment f/u with doc/urgent  care

Time to go see a doctor: Those disturbing symptoms may be caused by a variety of conditions. Multiple Sclerosis, Lyme disease, Tumor, TIAs, CVAs etc.  You need a neurological exam, blood tests, maybe imaging, EMG etc. and thorough history. Go to the Doctor today!

More than a pinch: The constellation of the symptoms described is not due to a pinched nerve unless one was struck with multiple pinched nerves in the neck and the back. An upper motor neuron lesion (i.e. Brain, spinal cord) must be evaluated for immediately. This may be a stroke and time is money. Emergency room now.
