: It’s normal to feel vertebrae along the back of the neck.  At the front, you are probably feeling cartilage that protects the trachea.

Disc bulge: Intervertebral discs are soft structures between the bony vertebrae of the spinal column that function as 'shock absorbers'.   They care referred to as bulging, herniated, slipped, etc. when they become malpositioned due to age or trauma.  These discs may press on nerves as they live the spinal canal, creating pain and weakness.  Practicing good ergonomics and core strengthening is important.

Tight muscles: You need to purposely relax the had and neck  your are making the muscles of the neck tight which then causes headache and neck pain.  If you cannot relaz while doing these exercises have somone massage your neck after the exercise.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests a sebaceous/epidermal  cyst  There is no urgency, but if you get more symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

No: Not in otherwise normal bone.  It is more likely that if you felt a crack or pop, that it was coming from your facet joint which is not dangerous or uncommon.

Lymph Nodes on neck: It depends on the location on the neck of the nodules or Lymph Nodes. You generally can feel them with light  pressure. Normally they are soft and freely moveable. A concern would be if firm,  and larger.
