See a podiatrist: Many things can cause the type of pain you are experiencing.  Until you see a physician, try simple things like rest, ice, and elevation of the foot.  Anti-inflammatory medication such as Motrin may be helpful.

Not scleroderma : Positive ANA at 1:40 are commonly seen and is not diagnostic of illness. Many people get Reynauds ( finger blanching) without an autoimmune disorder. Keep well hydrated and keep body core warm. Your foot pain suggests plantar fasciitis. A podiatrist can diagnose and Rx

Overweight: Good for you.See your doctor and a dietician to set up a safe program which includes diet and exercise. Set reasonable goals. You can start a walking program to complement your diet and exercise program. A pedometer can be very helpful

Heroin addict: You must get professional help and go through a rehab. Call your doctor for advice.  Meanwhile attend narcotics anonymous meetings several times per week.  You have to find help. Not many heroin addicts can cure themselves cold turkey.  Most all need help to get well. Don't let yourself die from this addiction.

Gradual changes: Pick one thing each week to improve with your exercise routine and your diet. Start small and work your way up very gradually so you can sustain the changes. For instance, week 1, I am going to walk one block every day, do 10 jumping jacks, and drink an extra 20 ounces of water daily. Week 2, i'll walk 2 blocks, lower my saturated fat intake and eat a piece of fresh fruit daily. Hang in there!

Pray: Depending on what has taken place, disabilities can take a tremendous emotional and spiritual toll on patients and family. Though uncustomary (and my opinion), i believe prayer is powerful and important for going through such hard times. I would also talk with your doc about resources such as social workers/case workers, physical therapy, home adaptations, or other services that may be helpful.
