Sounds like pinched: nerve, but any pain in left arm is concerning for angina.  You are quite young to develop heart disease, but you should see your doctor to make sure your heart is ok, especially if you have risk factors.

lifted weights yesterday and today my whole left arm(shoulders to fingers) aches.  random, sharp, tingling shooting pains in fingers too? heart?

Unlikely: Aching shoulder, arm and fingers the day after weight lifting is more likely musculoskeletal than cardiac. The random sharp shooting pains in your fingers may be due to some nerve involvement similar to carpal tunnel syndrome. Cardiac pain would be expected to occur while you were exercising. Concerning: Concerning symptoms that can overlap a number of conditions from heart, lung and neurologic.  This is a common symptom of sleep apnea contributing to changes in blood oxygen level.  Get it checked out.

very short dizzy spells. comes about like a wave, immediately followed by tingling in my left arm and fingers. heart palp also. started no sugar diet.

Dizzy  spells: This is probably just dehydration at your age.  Drink plenty of water.  If it is real dizziness it is likely bppv  benign positional postural vertigo.  When you get dizzy you breathe fast because you are scared and the extremities Get tingly.  This is very common. If the dizziness persists see am ENT.  Good luck and feel better!

Tight chest: For people in there 20's tight chest is usually from more benign process such ad anxiety or panic. Bronchospasm would be comon.  Coromary disease rate, however if using substances like cocaine can preciptate cardiac problems in people under 40.  BlBlood clot possible, but cpmmonly associated with pain.

left arm a bit numb, now i have tingling in pinky up side of palm. slight pain from my elbow up. i've had migraines with aura. possibly heart attack?

Left arm nerve issue: Heart attack symptoms can cause left arm symptoms, but in a young patient without other issues would be very unusual.  It also should not be migraine aura unless this has been part of your aura before.  More likely you have peripheral nerve irritation that may be at the elbow (ulnar nerve) or possibly at the brachial plexus or cervical spine.  See your doctor if it persists.

on/off left arm pain over elbow are and upper area months. neck sore, thumb pointer finger sometimes numb especially at night. cervical fusion c6/7 one year prior for right arm numbness. heart risk factor low hdl and ectopic beats. heart or nerve?

: Does not sound cardiac to me, and more likely you have a left carpal tunnel syndrome or a left C6 nerve involvement.  Followup cervical MRI and a left arm EMG will localize and substantiate severity and provide guide for further intervention.  Talk to your doctor about your heart concerns, unlikely but just to be safe.

what would cause inner left elbow pain?  i always fear it is a blocked artery.  doc says heart is fine. cholesterol is ok.

Tennis elbow?: It is more likely to be due to stretching of the ulnar nerve or some ligament issues. Elbow pain by itself is not a sign of heart disease.

should i go to the er for elbow pain and chest discomfort? went to er 2 days ago, chest x-ray clear, no history of heart issues.

No!: This is not a reason to use an er! if acute cardiac pathology was excluded 2 days ago you should take your elbow and chest symptoms to a primary care physician for a thorough evaluation. Er care is expensive. Ers are crowded. Ers are for acute, life threatening conditions. If you don't have a primary care physician try asking your friends for recommendations. Good luck.

i am experiencing sore arm, wrist pain, wrist weakness, numbness or tingling, finger tingling, hand weakness, and elbow pain. i am unable to turn my left wrist to a flat position, it is stuck in a half turn due to pain and restricted movement ?
