Indentation: The indentation is most likely a fused fontanelle or fontanel  (soft spot).  The anterior fontanelle usually fuses by 18-24 months of age.

i took 2.5 mg of amlodipine for 3 weeks, and am now on day 2 of not taking it.  i'm having sharp headache pains at temples and crown of head.  normal?

It is certainly: possible that the withdrawal from the benefits of the medication result in your symptoms. You should discuss this with your health care provider. The medication would not have been prescribed if he/she did not think it would be of benefit to you. Considering stopping it is an important conversation you should have with him/her before doing so.

Possibly: a tension headache. Have you worked out vigorously? Do you tend to carry your stress in your shoulders? Do you have any other symptoms of illness?

ER?: If its a severe headache in that location unlike any others you've ever had before you probably want to head to the er. Aneurysm ruptures can cause sudden severe headaches.

Hard to say: It may have started as a bug bite &amp; you are now caught up in the itch/scratch cycle. The area should be examined for a treatable cause. This is not something easily pinned down by location/vague description.

Alopecia vs fungus: Child probably is developing alopecia. It would be important also to rule out a fungal infection of the scalp. Best would be to see a dermatologist who can do a Woods light examination and a KOH prep and tell you the diagnosis and treatment right away. If it is Alopecia he will also be able to guide you properly and reassure you. If required further work up can also be initiated.

Neck pain: Ringing in ear is probably not related to the neck pain, could be due to hearing loss or ear problems. Neck pain could be due to disc disease in the neck.  See your doctor.

Cystocoele: IF you do kegel exercises (squeezing to stop flow of urine or preventing passing gas), it may well get better.  However, with time and more children it will likely get worse.  Do your kegels and have your OB reevaluate it in 6-8 weeks.

Several reasons: Please see your dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options. This could be several diseases. Seborrheic dermatitis is one thing it could be.
