Depends: This could be an infection, a pilonidal cyst, a rectal spasm, hemorrhoid or tear/fissure. I would suggest an exam by your doctor if this pain persists.

Rectal : Rectal hernias are very rare. They are often confused with hemorrhoids. Rectal prolapse is a possibility (rectum protruding through the anus). Regardless. You need to see your doctor right away for an evaluation. If you still have the pain and pressure and you are unable to see your doctor present to your local urgent care or er.

Not usually : Pain in that area may be associated with hemorrhoids, anal fissures, rectal abscess,fistula,  rectal tumors.

RICE: Rest, no heavy lifting heavier than the Sunday paper, use NSAIDs if no contraindication, get a full exam. If you have degenerative joint disease it may be present in your spine and hip as well you need an exam to rule out fracture and nerve impingement/radiculopathy , rule out herniated disc and other problems. Good luck stay calm get exam by ortho/ pain mgmt.

Various things there: Back pain (generally within 6 inches of That Spot) occurs in nearly everyone sometime.
Kidneys are there... would expect problems with urination.
Sciatic nerve is there... would expect extending a leg in a straight out kick to REALLY tug on it and hurt !
And.... muscles are there... local pressing on them, stiffness, pain with certain movements would imply muscles as cause.

There are many cause: There are many causes of sciatic. Many know that it can be cuased  by a pinched  nerve, but other causes can include joint pain and muscle  pain. The location of you pain actually suggests  muscle or  bone.
