I've had sciatica pain on & off for about 2years, but this time it's really painful/achy in my top left hip/buttock. what causes this? what can i do?

There are many cause: There are many causes of sciatic. Many know that it can be cuased by a pinched nerve, but other causes can include joint pain and muscle pain. The location of you pain actually suggests muscle or bone.
