See your doctor: Contrary to your assertion, pain in the back is not a symptom of oral herpetic infection. My advice would be to visit your medical doctor for diagnostic assessment. Although back pain is sometimes due to muscle spasm, it can also be a result of other disorders, some of them serious, including referred pain from digestive tract or kidney disease.

Sternal /backpain: Likely GERD /reflux with or without H pylori. Could also  be gallbaldder .Consider ranitidine 150 qd and prevecid 30 qd and f/u/ w/ doc

Swallowing: Painful swallowing is called odynophagia, usually related to heartburn, but could be yeast infection in the esophagus.  Upper back area is somewhat unusual.  Chest X-ray would be helpful.

Neck Pop: Although anything is possible, your symptoms are not likely to be related.  Stiff neck and related "pop" are probably neck muscle strain.  Pain in the back could be related to the cough.  Probably not related to each other unless the coughing is quite violent with a lot of head movement.

i have gerd&reflux.   last few days i sometimes get pain in my back shoulder blade when swallowing.same with burping.   i think is from sleeping weird?

Discuss with Doctor: Pain between shoulder blades, especially in someone with other gastric issues can indicate a problem with your gall bladder. It was the only symptom I had with mine and I had no other issues. Pay attention to if the pain occurs after eating as well as just swallowing. In any event it is something you need to discuss with your MD.

i have been dealing with squeezing in my back as soon as i swallow my food. it also comes and goes while standing or sitting?

Spasm: you might be experiencing an esophageal spasm could be related to a hiatal hernia or atypical reflux since you are mot complaining much of heart burn
eat slower sit while you are eating avoid eating while you are working ,relax chew your food very well do not simply swallow a bulk of meat whiteout proper chewing
avoid  greasy and spicy food stop smoking,minimize your stress
see a doctor  good luck
