It's possible: It can be ambiguous as other things can mimic leakage of amniotic fluid like urine or normal discharge. Sometimes a small hole in the sack can be intermittently plugged by the babies head like a cork. This could cause ongoing leakage. You should call your prenatal care provider's office in the morning so that this can be rechecked. Call sooner if you're experiencing fever or any vaginal bleeding.

should we be concerned that the gestational sac is a week behind and i'm already at 9 weeks? is there a way to increase the size of the sac, ie water?

How's the baby?: If the fetal pole is the correct size I'd ignore GS measurement 100%, it's not very exact. If baby is not the correct size it's more worrisome. No, you cannot do anything to change the sac size. good wishes.

Possible: Yes, sounds like a small cyst. It's not really common, buit it's definitely possible.

Bursa: Usually prepatellar bursitis is caused by direct or shear-type injury to area in front of kneecap.  A pes anserine bursitis is ususally caused by activity with tight hamstrings that pull on this insertion site.

Many components: Tears are basically a salt water solution containing also wetting agents (mucins), oils and a variety of proteins which can combat infection and nutrients for the cornea.  They are actually quite complex and critical for the survival of the front of the eye.

Allergy/sinuses: If you have had a head injury recently then this could be a serious problem and you need to be seen right away. If you have not had a head injury then it is likely to be allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. You could try a nonsedating anti-histamine like loratadine and nasal saline solution to try and clear up the drainage. If this does not work then see your doctor for further evaluation.

Sorry for your loss: Sounds like you are not DRINKING ENOUGH FLUIDS! This your tears are more "concentrated",,,Try to keep healthy..your grief is NORMAL and you will "work: through it!(Yes grieving IS WORK!)

have anal tear been soaking butt in warm water & been having better bms. just wondering why dr told me to do that and if it has helped my bms ?

The Three S's: I am not sure what or why your doctor said what he said, but here is what i was taught in medical school: the three s's: 1. Soak (waok in warm water or at least use wet wipes to keep the area clean and soft. 2. Soften your stool so that no further tearing will happen while you are healing. And, three: if this is not resolving easily then steroid cream or suppositories are added to the treatment.
