Maybe it's a simple hernia or a pulled muscle. But there are many other possibilities, like venous blood clot. Call your doctor. If S/he can't see you, go to the ER.

Daily cbc monitor: get  your cbc checked frequently  and examine your groin area for any bleeding or swelling  continue using clexane taking care of your CBC if either your hb drop or you note any swelling in groin stop clexane immediately
