Please clarify: Do you mean the nasal root or the nasal tip? If you're referring to epicanthic folds of the eyelids at the inner corners of the eyes, they can be normal  in people of Asian ethnicity or a dysmorphic (unusual) feature found with other dysmorphisms  in people with a variety of syndromes, including Down Syndrome.

can undissolved stiches cause some discomfort numbness, stiffened tip & base of nose after a septoplasty/inferior turb surgery? i'm 14 days post.

Maybe: The incision for the septoplasty is typically made just inside the nostril along the base of the septum.  As this area heals, there is frequently some stiffening and even numbness of the tissue.  The undissolved stiches can make this a bit worse.

No: Unfortunately, rashes and dermatitis like conditions are too numerous and cannot really be diagnosed over the computer. If the rash/bump persists, you should get it looked at by a dr. (preferrably a skin specialist [dermatologist]).

i use oxymetazoline based decongestants for over a decade every single day. when i stop my nose gets blocked bad. i have a horrible headache as well.

OxymetazolinRhinitis: See your ENT physician.  Long term oxymetazoline use causes rebound nasal swelling and possibly nasal septal perforation.  Your physician may place you on a nasal steroid spray and a short course of oral steroid if there's no contraindication.

i got culture 3 m ago that detected s. aureus in my nose, more. 3 weeks of amoxicillin with clavulate but a culture 3 weeks later came up the same. i read mupirocin is best but can't buy paraffin based in my country. what to do?

Why eradicate?: Eradication ( decolonization)  is only necessary in certain situations. Please check with your doc to make sure that you really need to be treated.  If so the best plan would indeed be to use topical agents including mupirocin and chlorhexidine plus or minus orals. Mupirocina / Bactroban is available in Mexico.

Nope: You need to be evaluated by a ear, nose and throat doc. If you indeed have nasal polyps, they need to be surgically removed.

Infection: Painful swelling in the area where you are describing is most likely infection like Boil/abscess, or it could be something else. The area is also called dangerous area of the face because of the risk of infections reaching the brain through valve-less Veins, Do not try to squeeze or manipulate the swelling.
