Hmmm: Have your dentist treat any dental problems and have an ENT specialist or your pcp evaluate and treat your sinus pain if appropriate. We can't determine over the internet the exact cause or relationship between your dental problem and sinus symptoms. They may or may not be related.

See PCP and eye doc: May be a virus that has caused sinus pressure which can refer pain to the eyes.  Need to get your eye pressure checked too.

After medications: If antibiotics or other medications have been used, but failed, surgery would be the best option.

See headache doc: If you do not have a headache specialist let me recommend you get one.  Sounds as if you may require some kind of prophylaxis as opposed to just straight acute treatment which is really all an ER is set up to offer someone with a 3 day migraine. Also, why are you on metformin? Ovulatory stimulation?  It can cause some bad headaches by itself.

Pain in eyes: Most people who have discomfort in their eyes or a feeling of visual disturbance have the dry eye syndrome.  The use of artificial tears should make you more comfortable.

but i feared meningitis or any mental disorders ?

Cold and flu: Not a meningitis - if it were, it would be very unlikely that you would be asking about symptoms 3 days into the illness online.  If you are still troubled by symptoms then visit your doctor. Evaluation for sinusitis would seem appropriate.

Sinusitis : Both among possible diagnoses. Sinusitis would probably be more likely. See your doctor to be examined.

Sinus pressure: More likely than infection.  Try decongestant like sudafed first.  If you have fever see your doctor.

No: you may need more , you may be having chronic sinusitis, nasal steroids alone won't help, ENT referral may be needed, best wishes
