There : There is no replacement for an in-person exam to give you proper advice but it really depends on how large your implants are, how much your tissues have stretched and how much natural breast tissue you have. Breast : Breast behavior following explantation of implants depends on your age, skin elasticity, breast size, implant size, and length of time implants have been in place.  The younger the patient and the smaller the implant, the less sagging breasts experience following surgery.  If large implants are removed from small breasts in a middle aged woman, clearly there will be sagging.  However, if a modest sized implant is removed from a young women, elasticity of the skin will result in a breast that differs minimally from the presurgical breast shape.

Depends: Not sure what u mean by "dents". With implant removal, contour irregularities can occur. Alot depends on how much breast tissue you have, the more tissue the less removing the implants will affect.  Alot of these irregularities will improve in time, but the cosmetic appearance may never be to your satisfaction.

Having : Having breast implants causes the overlying breast tissue and skin to stretch to accommodate the implant.  When breast implants are removed, there will almost certainly be some degree of loose skin and tissue that results.  For this reason, many women who have their breast implants removed will also have a breast lift operation to optimize the appearance of their own remaining breast volume.  Breast lift surgery improves the shape and position of your breasts, but leaves new scars.  Your board certified plastic surgeon can help give you a realistic expectation of how much looseness you can expect, and whether he/she would recommend a breast lift operation if you desire.

You : You don't have to wear special garments after explant but you may very well have drains for a period of time and i would ask you to wear a bra while you were healing.

None : None recovery or maybe a weekend, if infection may need to leave wound open and require weekly irrigations but people recover right away once the implants are remove
make sure you consult a board certified plastic surgeon.

You : You will typically have bruising and swelling after most types of surgery and it will be similar to the bruising that you had after your implantation surgery.

Breast implant: Removal is surgical procedure that usually is performed under anesthesia. If the procedure is just to remove implants, the procedure is rather short. If however, it is due to a complication such as capsular contracture or implant rupture, the procedure may be more involved. If the implants are large, the skin may be stretched out and a breast lift may be needed to repair any droop that occurs.
