Not unusual: It is not unusual to have some muscle strain in the head and neck area after an extraction. There is a tendency for most people to tense up a little. That along with  some stretching of your jaw in the open position can lead to some temporary muscle strain. Try using moist head on your temples ( not in the extraction area) and/or take an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen 800mg tonight.

Just a thought: this may be Trigeminal NEURALGIA pain in the pattern(s) of the Trigeminal nerve

There is treatment for this disorder

Unlikely: MS is unlikely with your combination of symptoms. They are more likely related to your psychologic issues but have your doctor evaluate the issue.

Severe pain warrants: Severe pain  warrants further investigation. It could simply be rebound from overuse of analgesics but you are a young guy and I would want to rule out temporal arteritis, etc.

pins and needels in both hands too. could this also be due to constipation?

Pins and needles?: I wouldn’t expect a pins-and-needles sensation to accompany a sinus headache nor constipation.  There could be neurological findings associated with a migraine headache, but I think your complex of symptoms deserves more attention than we can provide virtually.  You should be evaluated by a Neurologist very soon.

Headaches: Paint on the side of the temples is usually just another form of headache. It can however represent a very dangerous situation known as temporal  arteritis. If you have fever, or your symptoms persist you need to seek medical attention.
