Back pain: There are too many causes of low back pain to list here but a primary care doctor can help you organize the evaluation. An obgyn can examine your vagina. If you not longer have a uterus then it is important to confirm where the blood is coming from. Blood could be  coming from the bladder or rectum

Get checked. : You should get checked, if not by your ob-gyn then by an emergency department doc able to perform ultrasound. You need to make sure the ovary isn't twisted around, or a fertilized egg isn't implanting in the wrong place.

: I could not tell you what causes the leg pain but blood clot in the vein (deep venous thrombosis - DVT) does not cause that pain. Blood clot in the artery causes pain but persistently, not wax and wane, and pain starts first from the foot, not leg and skin color becomes pale or cyanotic (purple color). Chronic vaginal bleeding which causes anemia will lower the risk of blood clot, not increase it.

Possibly serious: You should be evaluated by your healthcare provider.  This could be any number of things from a urinary tract infection to pelvic inflammatory disease to an ectopic pregnancy. You should have a physical exam and lab work done.

There are too many possibilities and you don't provide enough information to guess at the cause: hormonal, pregnancy, infection (e.g. STDs), and others.
