Obesity is severe: Over-weight is when one's body mass index (bmi) is between 30 and 40.  Above this level is usually categorized as obese.  Higher the bmi levels, higher the risks of many disorders.  Therefore, keeping the body weight normal (bmi between 21 and 28 would minimize the risks and the severity of medical disorders.
