Motor Tics?: There is  risk of idiosyncratic development of motor tics with most psycho-stimulants. Sometimes the diagnosis for which you have been prescribed the medication needs to be reconsidered. This is a difficult question to answer if the problem is not motor tics. You might want to see a Neuropsychiatrist or a Behavioral Neurologist to get things sorted out. .

Varies: A deliberate or extreme od needs urgent medical evaluation. Other than that, let the drug leave the body. The drug will still be in the system for days, but usually people settle from the direct & indirect effects within a day or so.
