Maximum recommended : daily dose of Adderral for adults with ADHD is 40 mg.; for narcolepsy, 60 mg. Initial signs of an OD = restlessness, tremor, confusion, hallucinations, assaultiveness & panic states, followed by fatigue, depression, nausea & diarrhea. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) OD or Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) + other vasoconstrictors like Sudafed or St. John's Wort ^ BP & can cause cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, coma , convulsions & death.
