No: Uterine prolapse is generally treated with pessaries or surgery. Kegel exercises will strengthen the pelvic floor but will not decrease the degree of prolapse of the uterus (or bladder and rectum). The more active a women is, who has uterine prolapse, the more rapidly the prolapse will progress. When your prolapse has become symptomatic, it is time to do something about it.  See your gynecologist.

Prolapse: Prolapse is generally managed surgically. This may be approached vaginally with repairs or abdominally with sacral colpopexy for apical support. In patients who are medically fragile and poor surgical candidates, can be managed with a variety of pessaries.

Uterine prolapse ?: Uterine prolapse occurs usually following multiple pregnancies,  and the "bulky tissue" may be the tip of the womb, which is the cervix, appearing between the lips of the vagina.  This can be surgically corrected, but you should see a pelvic reconstructive surgeon and inquire about a retro-peritoneal uterine suspension (attaching the uterus to the sacrum), to avoid a hysterectomy.

Yes, it's possible: Although uterine prolapse is more common in patients who have delivered multiple children vaginally, it can occur in virgins who perform a lot of "straining" tasks that require an increase in abdominal pressure pushing the uterus downward until the supporting ligaments "relax". Gravity is "the enemy" of such a uterus.

You can feel it: If your uterus is falling out(prolapse, you can typically feel a hard substance like the end of your nose, low down in your vagina or almost falling out. This is the neck of the womb or cervix. Prolapse is also often accompanied by bladder and/or bowel problems, and often with low backache. Intercourse may also be difficult or painful.

Underlying cause: This is an extremely rare condition in children of this age . There may be an underlying cause for the problem such as a cystocoel or urethrocoel present. She obviously should be seen by a pediatric gynecologist at a teaching hospital if possible.

Unclear problem: If by discharge you mean bowel movement, straining at stool will probably not cause vaginal or utering prolapse, especially in virginal tissue. However, you my need to see you doctor and discuss stool softeners ofr an easier passage.
