Appetite stimulants: can be dangerous.  Please undertake an appetite improvement program w/the supervision of your doctor.  He/she can check for hormone imbalances and monitor you.  How is your exercise level and do you sleep well?  All factors need to be considered. Peace and good health.

: This level falls within the range of normal There is no age specific level. If you are otherwise normal dont get hung up on numbers. Supplements can be dangerous and oral testosterone can cause unwanted side-effects so not recommended. Stay well.

Supplements menopaus: There is not enough Research to show effectiveness for menopause symptoms. 
Consider these after speaking with your Physician:
To improve mood and smooth the mood swings- St. John's Wort combined with Black cohosh
For hot flashes
•Black cohosh for hot flashes
•Soy nuts and tofu for hot flashes
•Flaxseed and flaxseed oil
•DHEA for low libido and hot flashes

for Bone health -Calcium and Vitamin D.

i get pvcss and tachycardia. doc said avoid over the counter supplements. does that include vitamin c gummies? i like to have a few during flu season

Pvc's: I don't believe that vit C in recommended daily doses increases heart irritability. Licorice,if its in the gummies, is to be avoided because in heavy doses it elevates blood pressure.

are there any over the counter supplements that you would recommend to patients who were recently diagnosed with gout? i am having more frequent flare ups this year even with diet changes and hydration. i am 32 years old, gout runs in my family?

: You can take an OTC NSAID such as ibuprofen or naproxen OTC during the flare up but you also need to take allopurinol for avoiding recurrence. Allopurinol is cheap with cash pay but it is not OTC so you should go a clinic for indigents for the care. There is no effective supplement OTC to replace uric acid lowering medication such as allopurinol (cheap) and febuxostat (expensive).

A large number: There are a lot of OTC medications and herbal supplements can 'thin the blood'. Medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, Naprosyn, (naproxen) fish oil, all can have this effect.  Herbal supplements such as borage, ginko, garlic, ginger can also have some effect.  If you are on a prescription. Blood thinner, then discuss the use of OTC and herbal medications with your physician before taking anything new.

More info needed: Impossible to answer accurately or even to guess without a lot more information. Your age? Menopausal? Hormone treatment? Other genital symptoms like discharge or odor? Sexual activity and exposures? STD risk? Best to see your gyn or PCP and take it from there. Good luck.

can try glucosamine and chondroitin 
they seem to help some 
there are about a zillion other things out there touted to be of help but I do not know if any of them work or don't
glucosamine& chondroitin seem to help dogs and horses and there isn't much palcebo effect with horses and dogs.
