ovaries measure 32x22x18 mm, 31x23x18mm, - 6.5 cc and 6.8 cc volume. but the sonography says ovaries with excessive stroma. no periods after 12 july?

An ultrasound is: Not a great tool for diagnosis when there is no mass or cyst observed.  "excessive stroma" is not clinically relevant.  There is a workup, including labs, which is undertaken once you have missed a period for 3 months.

Unnecessary...: The odd to develop ovarian torsion hinges on how its anatomical fixation to its supposedly location and relation of the surrounding just like that for an testis to develop testicular torsion. Physically, a 70-cc ovary may affect its supposed orientation and impair its fixation; together, the odd to have ovarian torsion may enhance but still low. So, just wait and see to copy with life reality...

stable 4.3x3.5x2.9 cm simple cyst. 8 weeks ago ovary was 42 cc now 60cc. what could cause increase if cyst size remained same? is this concerning?

Not a concern : If this cyst is asymptomatic there is little to worry about. Volume measurements of the ovary are very imprecise and this is not a significant difference. The important observation is that the cyst has remained the same.

GYN: If you are having excessive pain. severe pelvic cramping or bleeding, these would be indications for removal after you have had imaging and testing for ovarian disease.

Normal: Your Ovary size and volume are both normal.

endometrium increased from 4.3 mm to 12.6 mm. tiny follicles size increased from 3-4 mm to 4-5mm. ovary  increased 15.5 cc in right and 12.6cc in left?

Changes: 12-15mm is a good post ovulation/premenstrual endometrial thickness, but the follicles are still a bit small for ovulation.  A mature follicle is more like 15-21mm.  Of course it would help to know what cycle day your US was done.
