Good news: These tumors are most common in the ovary, where they can be huge (i've handled a few the size of basketballs or larger) but very benign. The first successful open-abdomen surgery with cure and survival was performed on the american frontier for removal of one of these by a brave surgeon.

Surgery: If you can get your surgery as soon as reasonably possible.  Don't put this off.

Yes you can: In your case, you have surgical menopause..Cystadenoma is a common benign tumor thus HRT should be reasonable if clinically needed after total resection. Having the malignant version, serous carcinoma, is a different story.
I would suggest discussing your symptoms/concerns with your doc for the most appropriate treatment for you, which may or may not be hormone.

See below: These are slow-growing tumors of the ovary that can get quite large.  They might present as slowly progressive abdominal discomfort, bloating, pants not fitting, etc.  They might, in fact, have no symptoms and be found on exam at time of yearly exam!

Cyst: A mucinous cystadenoma is a cyst of the ovary which is lined by cells which produce mucin, a gelatinous-type material.  It is benign 80% of the time but can be borderline cancerous or malignant.  Such cysts often become very large and can cause complications like torsion (twisting) of the ovary or rupture.  Surgical removal is generally required.

i was told i have a bochdalek hernias in my right abdominal cavity . i am 53 years old. is this dangerous? also can i die from this????

Low possibility: What you are describing is hernia through defect in diaphragm usually on left side posterior. Now these are usually diagnosed in infants or children and may need to be fixed if lung or GI development threatened. As an adult you have either lived with this for a long period and body has accommodated with risk now mainly of GI problems or obstruction. Hernia in that location could also be fromtrauma

Yes if large amounts: A diet high in sugars and starches is probably the greatest contributor to obesity. The book wheat belly makes the case that wheat is a major factor. Ovary position: Normal ovaries are in the abdominal cavity.  You should not have any problem with that position.

how is the distal tube of vp shunts placed/coiled in the abdominal cavity? how long/far in does it usually go?

In peritoneum: The catheter is placed through a small incision or through a tube into the peritoneum.  It is threaded in several inches into the cavity.  Hope this helps.

giant hemagioma left lobe of the liver 11.6 by 17.9 by 15.2cm is it possible this mass caused liver to move downwards in my abdominal cavity  .why ?

Liver: That's a large mass and its expanded the size of your liver.  Your liver hasn't moved but it takes us more space than before.
