Yes it is possible: It could be held more if you have a rupture of the cyst.

It Depends: The size is larger than what we like to see, but that alone isn't cause for great concern.  Factors such as whether you still have periods, whether the cyst is painful and how, exactly, those white lines are described (within the cyst, on or around) would be needed to provide greater clarity.

Medical appointment: Here is the thing, we don't know if you have an ovarian cyst or not. That can be determined at your medical appointment. We don't actually know what your symptoms are. Without  knowing the cause of your symptoms- we can't tell you if you need to limit yourself physically or not.

Possible: But improbable. 25% of all women have some sort of ovArian cysts. Most have no symptoms

Possibly: Although the Cysts might be causing your cramps, more likely the cramping is menstrually related-that is related to hormonal changes occurring with your cycle. You need to follow up with a Gyn. You possibly need a thorough examination, hormone studies and Ultrasound to help  define exactly what is going on. Generally, at your age, severe cramping is not unusual but can be helped.

Depends on factors: A simple cyst is very common and often detected on routine pelvic or ultrasound exam and might disappear by the next exam. The more complex ones need further evaluation so doctors can determine the significance of cysts based their size, structure, timing with regard to period and to menopause, etc. Because not all cysts are normal,  i'll share this with specialists in onc for their perspective..

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain has many causes. Based on your history it does not sound like a urinary tract infection. Given your history of ovarian cysts, this is s good possibility. If symptoms don't resolve  or improve in a few days, see your doctor.

Could be : The most common complication  of an ovarian cyst includes rupture of the cyst with internal bleeding, torsion of the ovary as well as the presence of malignancy within the cyst .Your obgyn can determine wether the cyst need to be removed surgically or follow up with serial sonograms.

Possibly: For the most part, ovarian cysts are not genetic in the sense that they are not hereditary.  Most women with ovarian cysts have some disruption of the ovarian cycle resulting in ovarian cyst development.  

However, their are some genetic syndromes which are hereditary and in which ovarian cysts are part of that syndrome.  An example is basal cell nevus syndrome.
