Go see your doctor: You didn't mention how you're taking your birth control pills or which brand you're taking but presumably you're having monthly periods. So ask your doctor about skipping placebo pills and immediately starting next month's pills in order to prevent menses. Some brands are sold w/o sugar pills. Or you may need higher dose to prevent ovulation. Bottom line, talk to your doctor.

Next Step: It is unclear what would have lead to testing a Ca-125 in a 26 year old female.  Now that it has been demosntrated to be elevated  in the setting of ovarian cycsts further evaluation should take place.  The likley next step would be pelvic imaging with an US to urther characterize the cysts.  It should be noted that ca-125 is not specific and can elevated for many reasons, not just ovarian cancer.

Need examination: Symptoms such as this may be ovarian cancer.  Not sure why ovarian cysts have been ruled out.  You need to be seen by your provider to r/o ovarian cancer and other causes of your symptoms.

Unusual: Uti, per se , doesn't cause elevated liver enzymes unless the patient develops an associated septick shock (disseminated infection) with very low blood pressure to cause a liver shock/injury. Alternatively antibiotic used to treat UTI may cause drug induced hepatitis. There is many other causes of elevated liver enzymes and sometimes a liver biopsy may be required to find the exact cause.

Ruptured cysts ?'s: Ovarian cysts which rupture cause pain, and a lack of menstruation is consistent with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).  Ask your gyn physician about a pelvic ultrasound, and testing to determine if  PCOS is present.  Oral contraception bcp's will reduce cyst formation, and preserve fertility, as well as avoiding long standing changes in uterine lining cells.

year 2 on nexplanon and recently ive been having night sweats , cyst acne and my periods have been very light but painful and dark brown. any reason why im having issues now? should i get it removed? any advice?

: Nexplanon is effective birth control, however ovulation is frequently irregular, and sustained estrogen production will lead to thickened endometrial lining, with consequent withdrawal bleeding.  Suggest an appointment with a GYN physician for and exam and guidance.
