If your symptoms persist, you should seek medical advice and get an examination by your doctor.
Your serum Testosterone level has no relation to your symptoms and it doe snot mean much...why was it even checked? Tell us the full story.

Prolactin production: Is a peptide made in he pituitary.  Levels can be measured to see if yours is abnormally high. It can be raised by nipple stimulation or dysregulated growth that can be found on imaging. While there is medical treatment, you need an endocrinologist to help guide the path.

Talk with your doc: As a gynecologic oncologist, i don't usually follow estrogen as a marker for ovarian cancer. There are a few rare exceptions (granulosa cell tumors). Estrogen is also made in fat cells. You and your wife should have a conversation with her doctor about why they are sending estrogen levels at all. Aromatase inhibitors are a group of drugs that prevent estrogen production and can be used to treat.

Liver enzymes: Ovarian cancer, could produce elevation of the liver enzymes for several reasons, spread to the liver, chometherapy effect, vascular congestion due to spread into the blood vessels of the abdomen. Still testing should be done for other causes of liver disease.

Talk to your doctor to see if your family history meets the criteria for testing for an inherited cancer syndrome. Note that these syndromes only make up a small fraction of the cancer diagnosed here.

after hystrectomy alone the risk was found to be 1 in 300, but if you also had the ovaries removed the risk was 1 in 5000.This was found in retroactive study of 25000 females between ages of 50 to 70, in an article published april 2011 in womens health/gynacology.

Possible: Elevated WBC is also called leukocytosis. Any inflammatory condition, including cancers, can potentially cause a leukocytosis. Remember however, there are many more common reasons for elevation of the WBC (infection, etc). If you have concerns speak with your physician and gyn doc's. They will work-up and refer as needed.
