Very unlikely: Ovarian cancer is unlikely in person of less than 30 years of age.. If your symptoms persist, you should seek medical advice and get an examination by your doctor. Your serum Testosterone level has no relation to your symptoms and it doe snot mean much...why was it even checked? Tell us the full story.
