It could be related: Toe walking could be a result of a tumor putting pressure on the nerves  or brain area that control the muscles of the foot.   Consult your doctor for appropriate work-up.

No.: No one with closed epiphyses of the long bones can grow taller with growth hormone--the bones just grow thicker.  There exists no scientific evidence that massage helps children or adolescents with short stature to grow faster--they need injections of growth hormone by a pediatric endocrinologist.

Numerous possibiliti: Ina 33 yo female, MS would certainly be a consideration among other possibilities.  Have you seen a neurologist?  Have you had a lumbar puncture.  Consider a full neurology workup.

Basically YES: to height, but feet and noses can slowly grow over time. (also the end of the chin).

Upper motor neuron: Babinsky reflex normal response shoulpd be flexion of the toes and with  an upper motor neuron lesion you will get dorsiflexion of the bigtoe and fanning of the toes.  You should have a second opinion with a neurologist.
