What is the spray? what kind of airplane will you be on? please talk to the doctor who is treating your ear infection with 4 courses of antibiotics and you will get a more relevant and appropriate response to your question.

Otitis externa or: External ear infection can be quite painful.  You need to see a doc, preferably, an ent, as soon as possible.

: If there is an oral antibiotic which is sensitive to that unusual bacteria I would prefer a combination of both topical and systemic antibiotics for this otitis media because of your concern. Good luck!
