No: Neither inner ear or middle ear infection(intact ear drum) or diseases can be treated with ear drops.  Ear drops (probably antibiotic ear drops) can be used as treatment for bacterial infections of the external ear canal and for drainage from the middle ear through a perforation of the drum.

Wording confusion: There are 3 basic compartments of the ear mechanism. The outer canal, the middle ear with ear bones & the inner ear that is encased in the skull bone.The inner ear handles the hearing mechanism & position sense.You cannot reach  it with drops.Drops are sometimes used for canal infections or middle ear pbs if tubes are present.Some drops used for canal infections can be used for middle ear    infect.

Depends on diagnosis: For earwax there are many options such as debrox, peroxide, mineral oil.  For pain there are topical anesthetics such as benzocaine.  If there is pain and drainage then you likely have a bacterial infection of the ear canal for which there are no otc agents.  If there was pain and hearing loss followed by  drainage then there might have been otitis media which requires oral and possibly topical ab.

Many reasons: Lightheadedness after standing up can be due to orthostatic hypotension if your resting BP is too low or you're dehydrated. It can also occur due to bradycardia, or slowing of the heart rate (HR). You could also have some vasovagal component. Otitis externa: If you are not sure of the problem, I would advise you see an ENT doctor for an exam. If you think it is wax, you could try carbamide peroxide ear drops OTC to soften and dissolve the wax. Murine sells an ear syringe solution you could try. Other than that, the pain symptom is of concern which suggests you should see an MD before it gets worse.

Wouldn't help: There are no drops that help an infants ear infection. Acetaminophen can sometimes help with discomfort. A true infection would require confirmation by exam and possibly antibiotics if bacterial.
