See surgeon ASAP: I would imagine that your surgeon didn't anticipate your having oral sex while still with stiches in your penis.  As anyone's mouth is full of bacteria, this was a bad idea, and if the stiches ripped it might be a worse one.  I would seek an urgent appointment and in the meantime wash thoroughly and keep it clean until you see the surgeon.

Post op healing: This can happen from time to time, especially with so many extractions so close to one another. It will take a bit more time and the flap most likely will even out.

See your Doc: Keep the wound clean as possible. Get a hold of the office that treated you ASAP. Since it's only been two days they'll probably want to replace the loose suture if it is torn at all.

See your doc: If you recently had surgery and the surgical wound is coming open, you need to go back to the doc who performed the surgery for additional treatment. You should call them right away and be seen as soon as possible. Infections after orthopedic surgeries can lead to bad outcomes. Don't delay seeing your doc for this!

my stitches are loose, i have percocet 5mg. i am in so much pain, not helping. i had all my teeth removed. it is only day 3. ?

Dentist can recheck: A dentist or oral surgeon can re-evaluate a tooth if there is so much pain. The dentist can see if there is an infection or some other reason for so much pain. Meanwhile, the Percocet is a combination of acetaminophen (like Tylenol) plus a narcotic, and should help. Adding more over-the-counter medicine like Motrin can add pain relief, but one should first check with the dentist about all of this.

Depends: There are different resorb-able sutures types, with different dissolving time frames.  These time frames are also an average and depend upon several factors - including a patient's enzymatic activity.  Additionally, your diet and oral "activity" could also cause the premature loss of sutures.  Within a few days of surgery, then no it is not normal.  Give your oral and maxillofacial surgeon a call.
