Leukoplakia: First and foremost it needs to be biopsied in order to rule out malignancy. If you have certain risk factors such as smoking and tobacco chewing you need to quit.

Homework, right?: Few genes are either totally dominant or totally recessive. A woman carrying hemophilia A or Duchenne's (sex-linked illnesses that are devastating when a man has the gene on his single X chromosome) has abnormal lab work; if we defined this to be the phenotype, these would be incomplete dominants.

BackJoyOrBackPloy??: I used a similar device once several years ago. I think the theory is that it aligns the pelvis more physiologically, which allows the rest of the spine to adjust. For 35 bucks I'd try it but, depending on the problem, a lumbar support  (e.g. some form of pillow supporting the lower back) might also be needed. I used mine for driving but eventually didn't need it. did it help? Not a miracle cure.

Diet: The diet is good as far as it gies, but i dont see a source of protein necessary for growth.

Mixed emotions: While i understand the desire to obtain a cosmetic procedure at an affordable cost, I am troubled by the high pressure sales approach and commoditization of the procedure. A facelift is not a car where the product is the same at different dealerships and problems are referred back to the original manufacturer.  This is a highly individualized procedure.

A light: nutritious meal with plenty of fluids and minerals to replace what you lost in the workout. Avoid heavy, hard to digest foods.

Living your life: Humankind went for probably 10, 000 years before someone discovered that smoking that funny plant had effects that people kind of liked and then had trouble stopping, so there is no absolute need for any alternative. Habits are hard to break, and addictions even more so. Get help quitting, can use chewing gum or other oral activity as alternatives. I do not recommend e-cigarettes.Use support system.
